Over forty-one years of experience in real estate development, investment sales, financing and management for commercial properties in over thirteen states. Currently has over 2,000,000 square feet under management and commercial real estate sales in excess of $450,000,000 during that period. He has owned and/or managed shopping centers, office complexes, a hotel and event center, and multi-family properties in Nebraska, South Dakota, and California.
Nicole Kirkland Administrative Assistant
Nicole Kirkland is the Administrative Assistant for Perkins Properties. She has worked in Property Management for many years and have held different positions. Prior to Perkins, I was in Residential Management as a Property Manager. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and camping.
Chuck Casanova Senior Property Manager
Chuck Casanova has over thirty-one years of Commercial Real Estate Management experience. Responsibilities during those years consisted of Maintenance Supervision of several malls, Property Management of Malls and Shopping Centers, Director of Property Management of 27 properties in 11 Midwestern States, and since 2006 overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Perkins Properties Portfolio at the property level and in the corporate office.
Tracy King has over 28 years of experience in real estate accounting and management. She has overseen the accounting for portfolios in excess of 1,500,000 square feet and in excess of 8,000,000 NOI. divacy has been with Perkins Properties as the Accounting Manager for the last 12 years. She is responsible for the entire reporting process including all disbursements, receivables, and analysis of company financial statements. She is the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and financials Institutions. When she’s not crunching numbers she spends time traveling with her family.
Tony Schultz General Manager
Tony Schultz has over 18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Management. In 2005, Tony earned the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has a real estate sales person’s license for the State of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. His experience includes regional shopping center management and strip center management for such companies as the Richard E. Jacobs Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, and J. Herzog and Sons. Tony joined Perkins Properties in October of 2018. Tony enjoys fishing, hunting, and family activities in his spare time.
